Fall Self Care

Greetings everyone and happy fall!


As we slip into fall, It’s always good to incorporate self-care tips

during this new season especially when our plans change and the weather gets chillier.

To me, self-care is more than just bubble baths and meditation. Self-care is being in tune

with myself and allowing myself to release negative emotions.  


Here are some self-care tips I like to use whether you’re at home or with your friends.



  • Go to a pumpkin patch with family or friends

  • Snuggle up with your favorite blanket and/or plush

  • Bake your favorite fall treats

  • Watching movies on streaming platforms ( e.g Hocus Pocus on Disney)

  • Make a hot drink in your favorite mug




I hope these tips help season up your fall and help you bring tranquility and joy.
